Giving these guests a wedding favor can be a tangible and memorable way to express your gratitude for your guests.  Although there are many kind of expensive Wedding favors that you can buy, there is another alternative. Classy Wedding favors don't need to end up costing an arm and a leg.

Wedding CDs

The MusicMan has creative ideas for unique wedding favors that will delight your friends and family.  Imagine a custom arranged CD with all your favorite music, including the songs you have shared with your friends and family throughout the years.  Include a special photograph on the CD to make it truly unique and memorable.  Just ask for details. 

When choosing the actual music to play, try to incorporate favorite songs of the couple, as opposed to favorite songs of the individual.  This is a time when you want to focus on romantic, nostalgic music, not songs that remind you of an inside joke with a friend.  Keep the wedding theme in mind, and try to incorporate a few classics.  Consider the tempo of the music you choose.  Alternate a few slower songs with a fast song, but don't go too far in either direction.  Remember that this is a CD your guests will generally put on as background music, and they shouldn't be jolted from one song to the next.  Wedding music is generally soft, romantic and nostalgic.

Generally 12-15 songs is the maximum you should put on a wedding CD.  This isn't an all-time greatest hits album, it's a small taste of your wedding.  The less songs you incorporate, the simpler your CD will look if you choose to label each song.  Have fun putting together your wedding CD, and the music will reflect your love for one another, and be a fun take-home gift for guests.

Personalized chocolates

 

Chocolates are a very traditional wedding favor.  But before you just give plain chocolates, why not personalize them to your wedding theme?  Create place cards by printing labels on your home computer with your guests name and table number, then wrapping the labels around large bars of chocolate. Customize the labels with a graphic that matches your wedding decor;: i.e., for a country wedding, create a gingham label.  Place your own custom wrapper around any chocolate bar for example.
